Where do we deliver to?

We offer EU-Wide shipping. Please contact us if your country does not appear on the list when you select the shipping country for your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Deliveries to Germany take approximately 2 to 6 working days (excluding the time needed to process and prepare your order).

Deliveries to other EU-countries take between 7 and 15 working days.

Delivery process

In deliveries in EU-countries, if the delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is absent, the delivery company will contact you to coordinate another delivery time. A maximum of three attempts will be made. If delivery of the order is still not possible, we will contact you directly to arrange another delivery, in which case any associated additional costs will be borne by the customer.
